My experience at Heart of Yoga far exceeded my expectations. It is more than a school; it is a haven for self-discovery, growth, and community. This is the greatest place to be in Rishikesh if you're looking for a transforming yoga experience conducted by educated and kind teachers. I am eternally thankful for the enormous influence it has had on my health, and I heartily recommend it to anybody embarking on a yoga path.
I thoroughly enjoyed every single class and minute spent at school. Teachers are the greatest in their industry, and they are warm and caring. This course drew students from all around the world. The Spiritual philosophy of the practice is also highly valued at school. A school to suggest to anyone who wants to learn more about Yoga and themselves.
